RETURNS & SHIPPING

BACK ORDERS: Items temporarily out of stock will be placed on back order. If the merchandise cannot be shipped within 30 days, we will advise you of the revised shipping date. We do not charge shipping on back orders.

CANADIAN ORDERS: Checks or money orders over $50.00 must be drawn on a bank associated with a U.S. bank. Canadian postal money orders are not acceptable at U.S. banks. There is an extra fee of $7.50 if not associated with a U.S. bank.

DELIVERIES: Shipment occurs as soon as possible after we receive your order. Custom rush delivery arrangements can be made at the time you place your order by phone. Most orders placed by 1 p.m. are shipped the same day.

OUTSIDE 48 CONTINENTAL STATES: I will choose the lowest cost, safest way of shipping. There is a great difference between a 2 lb. package to Alaska sent Priority Mail compared to UPS 2nd Day Air. The same is true for Canada comparing mail to UPS. If you are paying by check, please use the following guideline for shipping charges. I will credit any excess or bill any balance:
Up to $10.00........... $4.25
$10.01 to 35.00.......$5.25
$35.01 to 75.00.......$6.50
$75.01 to 150.00.....$7.50
Over 150.00............$8.75

CHRISTMAS: Remember to order early, but we will be shipping up to the last day UPS picks up. Remember to allow a little extra time for delivery. We will do our best to ship the day the order is received.

Instructors and Carving Clubs: If you need catalogs, just send me your class or club roster or call and I can send a box of catalogs directly to you for distribution at your class or meetings.

GIFT CERTIFICATES: Just call or send in payment with your order. Specify the amount of the certificate you desire and to whom you want it issued. Be sure to include your address and the recipient’s address. Minimum $25.00.

RETURNS OR EXCHANGES: Please include a brief
explanation of reason for return and send in a box.
